What services does Arovana iPASS provide?
Arovana iPASS (Indian Political Activity Support System) is a full-stack election management partner. We cover political campaign strategy — data analytics and voter segmentation, messaging and narrative building, and media planning — plus creative and promotions (campaign films, social media execution, digital advertising), and ground operations such as booth-level campaign management, field outreach programs, event activations and rallies. Films, events, exhibitions and engineering for digital displays round out the integrated services.
Which elections do you work on?
We support candidates and parties preparing for Legislative Assembly elections, Parliamentary (Lok Sabha) elections and Local Body elections in Tamil Nadu. Because preparations should begin well before the announcement date, most of our engagements start six to eighteen months ahead of the expected poll.
I am a first-time candidate. Where do I even start?
Start with the Candidate Hub — our dedicated digital platform for aspiring leaders. It builds your public profile and campaign information center so voters can understand your background, vision and commitment to the constituency. From there, our team can layer on constituency research, issue mapping, message architecture and ground mobilisation as your campaign grows.
What is the Candidate Hub and how is it different from a website?
The Candidate Hub is a structured public profile and campaign information center, not a static website. It presents your biography, vision, constituency commitments, photos, videos, event updates and Q&A in one verifiable place that voters can trust. It is designed for sharing on WhatsApp and social media, and it is maintained as a live campaign asset from announcement to polling day.
How does the 7-stage election methodology work?
Every campaign is organised into seven stages: constituency research and voter profiling, issue mapping, candidate positioning, message architecture, targeted outreach, ground mobilisation, and polling-day operation with post-poll analysis. Each stage has a defined data input and a measurable exit criterion — nothing advances on hope, only on evidence. You can read the detailed walkthrough in our Insights section.
How do you use voter data, and how do you protect it?
We work with aggregated, lawfully obtained electoral information to understand constituency-level trends — never to micro-target individuals or spread misinformation. Data is stored securely, access is restricted to the campaign team working with us, and all work complies with Indian law including the Representation of the People Act and the IT Act. We do not sell data to third parties, ever.
How far in advance should we engage you?
The earlier the better. Constituency research, booth-level intelligence and narrative building take weeks of groundwork that cannot be compressed into the final month. As a rule of thumb: six months ahead for a first-time candidate, and three months minimum for an established office-holder refreshing their campaign machinery.
Do you work with independent candidates, or only parties?
Both. Independent candidates and new-party hopefuls are often the ones who benefit most from a structured approach, because they start without an established party machine. Our playbooks — from digital-first campaigning to grassroots outreach — are built to work with or without a party's backing.
What does MV News Bot do?
MV News Bot is our AI-powered political media engine on YouTube, built for the YouTube generation. It produces political explainers, candidate features and constituency updates that give voters accessible information — and gives the candidates we support a credible media presence.
How much do your services cost?
Every constituency and campaign is different, so pricing is scoped after an initial consultation. A first conversation costs nothing: reach out through the contact page or WhatsApp, tell us about your constituency and timeline, and we will propose a package that matches your stage and budget.
