Arovana iPASS (Indian Political Activity Support System) is an election management and political communication company based in Guindy, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, operating this website (www.arovana-ipass.com) and the Candidate Hub platform (canhub-aipass.in).

Enquiry details you submit through our contact form: your name, phone number, email address, organisation, role, constituency and the content of your message. We use this only to respond to your request and to follow up on the services you asked about.

Newsletter email address, if you subscribe, together with your chosen interface language (English or Tamil). We use it solely to send updates from Arovana iPASS; every newsletter we send explains how to unsubscribe.

First-party analytics: when you browse the public site, we record the page path, interface language, referring site and time of the visit. This never includes your name, your browsing identity or any cross-site identifier, and admin pages are never tracked.

This website is cookie-light by design. We do not embed advertising trackers, social-media pixels or third-party analytics scripts.

We store a small number of entries in your browser's local storage: your theme preference (light/dark), your language preference, whether you have dismissed the announcement bar, and your cookie-consent choice. Your analytics choice is honoured on every visit — if you decline, the page-view beacon simply does not fire.

Enquiries are retained only as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal or accounting obligations. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Aggregate analytics rows are used statistically and contain no personal identifiers.

Access to enquiry data is limited to the Arovana iPASS team members who respond to you, and the admin console that displays it is protected by password-based authentication, signed sessions and an audit log of every administrative action.

You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the enquiry details you have submitted, or unsubscribe from the newsletter. Write to 24x7@arovana-ipass.com and we will act on the request promptly.

You can also clear local storage entries from your browser settings at any time; the site will simply ask for your preferences again.
